Welcome to Digital Age Sage. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content or communications provided by Digital Age Sage (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a service, accessing our site, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Nature of Services

Digital Age Sage provides paid diagnostic, advisory, and systems-related services focused on revenue operations, CRM systems, automation governance, and operational clarity.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

RevOps System Triage (paid diagnostic sessions)

Scoped system stabilization or remediation projects

Fractional RevOps stewardship and advisory services

We do not provide “support,” free audits, or open-ended execution services unless explicitly agreed to in writing.


2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

All services provided by Digital Age Sage are professional judgment-based services, not guaranteed outcomes.

While we aim to:

identify risks,

improve system clarity,

and recommend sound operational actions,

we do not guarantee specific financial, technical, or business results, including but not limited to revenue increases, conversion improvements, or system performance outcomes.

Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client.


3. Paid Diagnostics & Triage Services

RevOps System Triage

The System Triage is a paid diagnostic service, not a free audit.

Payment is required in advance.

The service provides analysis, findings, and recommendations — not unlimited fixes or ongoing support.

Deliverables may include:

verbal or written diagnosis,

prioritized recommendations,

and suggested next steps.

Any execution work requires a separate, explicitly scoped agreement.


4. Scope of Work & Changes

All work performed by Digital Age Sage is:

scope-defined

time-bound

explicitly agreed upon in advance

Requests outside the agreed scope may require:

a new agreement,

a revised fee,

or may be declined at our discretion.

We do not perform speculative work, undocumented changes, or “quick fixes” without proper context and agreement.


5. Payments & Fees

All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

All payments are due prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

Because our services involve time, expertise, and intellectual judgment:

All diagnostic and advisory services are non-refundable once delivered.

If a session must be rescheduled, reasonable notice is required.

Exceptions, if any, are at our sole discretion.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

provide accurate and complete information,

disclose relevant system context,

refrain from withholding material details that could impact analysis.

Digital Age Sage is not responsible for:

issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information,

third-party system limitations,

actions taken by the client or other vendors.


7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, recommendations, documentation, and content provided by Digital Age Sage are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may use deliverables internally for your business.
You may not resell, distribute, or repurpose our materials without written permission.


8. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it solely for service delivery purposes.

Clients agree not to disclose:

proprietary methods,

frameworks,

or internal documentation shared by Digital Age Sage.


9. Communication

We may communicate with clients regarding:

service delivery,

scheduling,

operational updates related to purchased services.

We do not enroll clients in marketing communications without explicit consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Digital Age Sage shall not be liable for:

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity,

system outages or third-party platform failures.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

refuse service,

terminate engagement,

or discontinue access

if a client:

violates these Terms,

acts in bad faith,

or creates unreasonable operational or legal risk.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws based on our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
