System Rescue / Scoped Fix

Your system doesn’t need more features.

It needs to stop breaking.

System Rescue is a scoped, time-boxed stabilization engagement for GoHighLevel + RevOps systems that are live, but fragile, inconsistent, or quietly leaking revenue.

Fixed scope

Stabilize what’s fragile

Documented changes

No surprise add-ons

What “System Rescue” means

This IS

  • Fixing broken automations, triggers, and routing logic

  • Stopping duplicate fires, loops, and silent failures

  • Stabilizing pipelines, calendars, and lead handoffs

  • Cleaning fragile logic without redesigning your whole system

  • Delivering documented changes so it doesn’t regress

🚫 This is NOT

  • A rebuild or replatform

  • A funnel redesign / copy project

  • “While you’re in there…” scope creep

  • Ongoing consulting disguised as a fix

  • An hourly free-for-all

Why Triage Is Mandatory

Most systems don’t break where owners think they break. Symptoms lie. Automations cascade.

Triage prevents you from paying to fix the wrong layer.

Root-cause detection

  • We identify what’s actually causing leakage vs. what’s merely visible.

Blast-radius mapping

  • We map dependencies so a “simple fix” doesn’t break three other workflows.

Scope you can trust

  • Rescue becomes fixed-price because scope is defined with evidence, not guesses.

Regression protection

  • We document changes and guard against double-fires and hidden loops.

What Triage Usually Reveals:

2–4 automations firing twice

Calendar + pipeline desync

One “helpful” workflow causing 3 downstream failures

At least one metric the owner is blind to

Two ways to do System Rescue

🟢 Path A — Immediate System Rescue

Best when revenue leakage is active and the system is unstable right now.

  • Triage completed

  • Rescue scope defined (fixed price)

  • Rescue executed immediately

  • Stabilization + documentation delivered

🟡 Path B — Deferred System Rescue

Best when issues are known, but timing/budget requires a controlled re-entry later.

  • Triage findings archived

  • Scope held valid for 90 days

  • Priority scheduling when you’re ready

  • After 90 days (or major changes), re-triage is required

Scope & Pricing

System Rescue / Scoped Fix — Starting at $1,500+ (Most rescues cost less than one month of lost leads).

Final price is determined only after triage defines the scope and blast radius.

  • Fixed scope · Time-boxed execution · Documented changes

  • No surprise add-ons · No runaway builds

  • Clear handoff + “what changed” summary

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Can I skip triage if I “already know the problem”?

No. Knowing the symptom isn’t knowing the cause. Triage verifies root cause and prevents fixing the wrong layer.

Question 2: Can you “just fix one thing”?

If it’s isolated and safe, yes — triage confirms whether it’s truly isolated or part of a larger cascade.

Question 3: What if you find more issues during the rescue?

They get documented, not auto-added. You choose whether to expand scope in a separate engagement.

Question 4: I had triage months ago. Do I need it again?

If your triage is older than 90 days or the system changed materially, re-triage is required to avoid stale scope.

All System Rescue work starts with System Triage. No exceptions.

If you already completed triage, use the activation route and we’ll confirm your triage validity and schedule rescue.

Note: Rescue scope is fixed once defined. “While you’re in there…” requests become separate scope.

After rescue, clients typically either self-manage, schedule periodic checkups, or move into ongoing RevOps oversight.
